I know…there’s so much to discover about me here isn’t there?

For over 29 years I have been studying and applying psychology, and more recently, neuroscience. The wealth of knowledge I have accumulated in this time enables me to help you see and understand your customers at a totally different level.
Customers are human beings, and the more we celebrate our differences and focus on what it means to be human, the better we can engage, connect and serve each other.

There is always a lot of talk in marketing about automation, processes and now algorithms. However, I want to champion the human beings in our transactions. The more we discover and understand about our brains, the more revealing and powerful our insights are becoming. Whatever we might like to think, we are essentially emotional beings who often make irrational decisions.

Why I chose Neuromarketing?

Neuromarketing is a gamechanger. It uses technology and science to reveal our customers to us in totally different, and deeper, ways. Using physiological measures, we can capture the constant signals being transmitted within the brain, to learn how it perceives the stimuli presented to it. Those stimuli may be designs for your new website, samples of your latest product to be launched or visuals for your next social media campaign.

The measures recorded display the immediate and powerful responses we have, most of which will be below our level of consciousness. Do not fall into the trap of thinking that subconscious influences are unimportant though. It is estimated that around 85% of what drives our behaviours and preferences come from the subconscious. Now do you see why I say it is gamechanging?
